IMPORTANT - You and your house are not up North anymore. Down here you don't paint the exterior of your house in the Summer. Lots of companies will tell you it's alright but I can honestly tell you that I would never paint my house between July 1st and September 30th. The three simple reasons you don't paint in the summer - too hot, too humid, too rainy. If you don't believe me, take a moment to read the application instructions on the can.
