I started Empire Painting Company in 2001 after moving to Florida from New York. After 13 years of working for an amazing company owned by someone who would remain a lifelong friend, I decided to go out on my own. I was ready for a change of scenery so I moved to a place where I have family. My training while in NY working in the upscale county of Westchester just North of NYC prepared me for the type of clients I would find down here in Collier County. I have no problem satisfying the most demanding clients.

It didn't take long to become one of the most sought after painting companies in the area. Since 2001, there have been three economic downturns and while that has proved to be very challenging, Empire Painting Company is still here while many other companies have not been as successful. I completely contribute the survival of the company to TRUST and reputation. Had there not been repeat customers through the hard times, I would have had to fold up too.

Another challenge has been finding/keeping people who I enjoy working with and more importantly, produce work that is up to my standards. As a result, I am still doing much more of the work than I had planned at this stage of my career. Fortunately I still really enjoy doing the work and most of my customers prefer having the owner of the company on the job anyway. 

Currently we are doing smaller residential and light commercial interior and exterior repaint jobs. Other services we offer are wallpaper installation and removal, drywall repair, popcorn ceiling removal with skim coat or textures, pressure washing, deck and dock staining/painting, garage floor epoxy coatings, pool deck/driveway/garage floor painting, and basic handyman services. We also offer home watch service for our customers while they are away. WE DO NOT WORK FOR BUILDERS AND GERNERAL CONTRACTORS! Although I am frequently asked to work with GCs and builders, I much prefer working directly with the property owner in a clean setting free of other people working. We will gladly work for the property owner after all of the work is complete and all of the other contractors have left the job and make your work look magnificent.
